GM Maize Seed Sown – University of Reading

11 May 2001

A total of 9 hectares of maize were drilled on University land at Shinfield on Thursday 10 May. The area sown comprises 4 ha of Chardon LL (a GM herbicide-tolerant maize variety) and 5 ha of Chardon (the non-GM maize variety).
