Consumer champion hits out at food policy
16 November 2004The newspaper reports that Dame Deirdre Hutton, whilst giving the Edith Mary Gayton Memorial Lecture in the School of Agriculture, accused the Government of "failing to produce the 'joined-up thinking' necessary to match food and farming with consumers".
