South Today

Dr James Anderson, Computer Science, taught a GCSE class how to divide by zero for BBC South Today. Students at Highdown School, Caversham, learned the arithmetic in ten minutes and were soon solving problems involving infinity and nullity by mental arithmetic. The school was very pleased to be the first in the world where a lesson on transreal arithmetic took place.
