Computer calculations help beat footrot
13 January 2006Isobel McClement, Peter Cook and Professor Richard Bennett (APD) have developed a computer model that helps farmers tackle footrot by identifying both how much footrot costs the flock and how much treatment costs. It then calculates whether treatment is economically justifiable.
