Back from the brink - one man's battle with mental illness

11 October 2006

University of Reading mature student Graeme Morrish documents how he has lived with the debilitating illness manic depression. Thanks to his own determination, medication and a team of supportive professionals, as well as a loving family, Graeme is now soon to complete his final year at Reading, studying social work, and has high hopes for the future. This story was written to mark World Mental Health Day – October 10 2006.
