Busy Preston wins two gold medals in just 20 minutes

13 May 2009

Oxford and Loughborough were just two of the renowned rowing institutions that the University of Reading left in its wake, at the recent British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) Regatta. After three days of racing the University's Boat Club (RUBC) finished fifth out of 61 universities in the overall standings. This magnificent result came on the back of a fine week for the club, which saw six of its members being chosen for the Great Britain Squad for the World Rowing Championships in August.
