Network project aims to improve IT teaching.

The University of Reading has launched a nationwide project that aims to meet the growing need for computer science teachers in schools.

Over 70 participants from schools, higher education institutions and organisations took part in workshops designed to give them innovative ideas for introducing key computing concepts in the classroom

The initiative was led by Dr Yota Dimitriadi of the University's Institute of Education with support from the School of Systems Engineering. Read about the event here
