Dr Gunter Kuhnle interviewed for feature on meat and health in leading German newspaper

Dr Gunter Kuhnle, lecturer in Nutritional Biochemistry at the University of Reading's Department for Food and Nutritional Sciences, was interviewed for a feature for Munich-based Suddeutsche Zeitung, Germany's biggest-selling quality newspaper.
Dr Kuhnle was quoted about the effects of meat on human health - the subject of a large European trial in which the University of Reading is contributing.
