Health law expert Professor Christopher Newdick speaks to BBC News Channel about the Mid-Staffordshire NHS scandal

Professor Christopher Newdick, University of Reading School of Law, and an expert in health law and regulation, was interviewed live by the BBC News Channel's Ben Brashaw. The interview - part of the channel's Nine O'Clock News lead story - followed the publication of the Francis report into the Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust scandal.

Professor Newdick was also interviewed for radio by BBC Radio Berkshire and Reading 107FM.
