Saturated Fats: Prof Christine Williams (Food) is quoted in a story about a controversial editorial claiming that saturated fat does not increase risk of heart attacks, in the Guardian, MSN.com (and a Q&A) and CNN.

Snake bite: A report about the dangers of snake bites by Dr Sakthivel Vaiyapuri (ICMR) is covered in the Dhaka Tribune.

Red Kites: Prof Mark Fellowes’ (SBS) comments about the increase in red kite populations reported on BBC News, and on BBC South Today.

Rocket salad anti-cancer properties: Further coverage of research from Dr Luke Bell (Food) found that anti-cancer nutrients in rocket leaves were found to increase threefold seven days after harvest, in News Dog. Read our news story here.
