National Weather Service forecast map shows heavy rain over Texas

Hurricane Harvey: Professor Nigel Arnell (Meteorology) was in the studio on the Victoria Derbyshire Show on BBC Two and the BBC News channel on Wednesday morning to discuss the impact of Hurricane Harvey on Texas and how big a role climate change may have played in its severity. Professor Richard Allan (Meteorology) was interviewed by ITV News for the evening news on Tuesday and also spoke to BBC Radio Wales on the same subject.
