The University’s Athena SWAN Self-Assessment Team is inviting colleagues to take our survey on Career Development.

Your input will help us understand your views on career development at the University regarding what works for you and if you feel that more can be done in this area.

The University currently holds an Athena SWAN Bronze accreditation and your support will help us retain and improve on this. Our Athena SWAN Silver submission is due at the end of the year and we are keen to hear from as many colleagues as possible.

We have been running focus groups on other topics such as Family Leave and Flexible Working and these have provided extremely valuable insight and information. We appreciate the time colleagues are giving to our submission and are confident that this will help us shape a plan that builds on the feedback.

The information gained will be held confidentially and used to help us develop our action plans. If you haven’t already done so, you can take the survey here. The closing date is 31 August 2019.
