Henley Business Angels
Wednesday, 09 January 2019
Henley Business Angels (HBA) is inviting applications from entrepreneurs seeking seed equity finance. HBA operates from Henley Business School at the University of Reading and is a network of experienced business leaders, successful entrepreneurs and investors. The network’s aim is to facilitate opportunities for members to invest in and mentor (S)EIS registered early stage businesses launched by entrepreneurs who graduated from or are connected with the Henley Business School and University of Reading. Since HBA’s establishment in October 2016 its members have invested in 15 companies and are in discussion with several other companies exploring interest in making an investment.
If you are an entrepreneur (or if you know of an entrepreneur who is a graduate of or is connected with Henley Business School or University of Reading) and are raising/planning to raise seed finance to grow your business, HBA would be delighted to hear from you.
Applications can be made here and the closing date for applications to the current round is 1 February 2019. Details of the HBA funding process, investment criteria and news of the last investment can be found on the HBA website.
If you wish to find out more about HBA and discuss your fund raising, or if you wish to become a Henley Business Angel, please contact Jurek Sikorski, the Director of HBA, by email or on 0118 378 8188.
