Voluntary Redundancy Scheme now open

The University’s Voluntary Redundancy Scheme is now open. If you would like to apply, please complete a form available on VR Scheme webpage (University login and password required) on the Staff Portal.
The webpage provides further details of the scheme, including frequently asked questions and some illustrative examples of how the voluntary redundancy payment will be worked out.
The deadline for making applications is Friday 15 February.
If you have any specific queries in relation to the scheme, please email vrqueries@reading.ac.uk and a member of the Human Resources team will respond to your query as soon as possible. If you wish to talk to someone in confidence about the scheme, then please contact your HR Partner or Adviser who will try to assist with any queries you may have.
