We are holding a coffee tasting event in the Library Café on Thursday 1 August between 10:30 and 13:30. At this event we’ll be sampling coffees for both the Hospitality delivered coffee and the blend which will be used in the Library café during the next academic year.

For the Hospitality filter coffee there will be three varieties to sample:

Tiki: Fresh and zesty, with green fruit flavours

Crema: Dark roasted, with treacle sweetness

Gaia: Dark treacle meets juicy pears: full, rounded and alive with bright flavours.

The winner from this group will be used on all delivered hospitality coffee. The two blends to sample as an espresso, americano, latte or cappuccino in the Library café are Tiki and Gaia. The winner of which will be used in the Library café during the next academic year.

All colleagues are invited to take part in shaping our future coffee options. There will be feedback forms to complete, which will help us to decide which coffees to use. Please bring your reusable cup/mug with you to reduce the use of single use paper cups.
