Everybody should feel able to bring their whole selves to work and achieve their full potential.

MP Alok Sharma, Minister for Employment will be attending this event delivering the keynote speech and this represents an opportunity to join companies in the Thames Valley  in being a part of a collective partnership working together to attract, progress, and retain diverse talent at every level across our organisations.

Places are limited to a maximum of three people per company to include senior sponsors and inclusion network chairs.

Please reserve your place here.

Committing to true representation across all levels of the workforce is not only morally right but also good for business. Discrimination and bias can be broken down through open communication, inclusive collaboration, and transparent commitments to changing the way we work together. It’s time to truly build an engaged, diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects our community.
