Repair works on Whiteknights Road

Essential repair works will be carried out along Whiteknights Road between Upper Redlands Road and Holmes Road. To minimise disruption as far as possible, the works are programmed to be carried out during the half-term school holiday. Works will commence on Tuesday 28 May until Friday 31 May 2019. To enable these works to be carried out safely and in an efficient manner Whiteknights Road will be closed during working hours (08:00 – 18:00) each day. Whilst the road is closed parking will not be allowed and any parked vehicle will be liable to a Penalty Charge Notice and maybe removed.
Access for residents along Whiteknights Road will be maintained, where this is possible and considered to be safe, but cannot be guaranteed. Access for residents in Green Road will be via Wokingham Road as the bollards will be removed during the times of the road closure each day.
