Big Band Big Lunch

All members of the University, their families and local community are invited to come together as part of the national Big Lunch initiative at our annual Big Band Big Lunch this Saturday 1 June 2019 12:00-16:00.
This year in addition to music performances from Music at Reading groups and Reading University Music Society, there will also be a range of activities based around our theme of ‘animals’, including animal tracking activities led by the School of Biological Sciences, ‘make your own fossils’ from the Cole Museum, trails from the Chaplaincy and The MERL, and artefact handling from the Friends of the University.
There will be food and drink available to purchase from our bar and BBQ, or feel free to bring along a picnic to enjoy this celebration of community at the picturesque London Road campus.
