The Catering, Hotel and Conference Services department were presented with an award for Commercial Team of the Year 2019 by Kinetic Solutions, a leading provider of event, conferencing and accommodation software.

With over 350 customers worldwide, the majority of these being other Universities in the UK, the University of Reading team were recognised by Kinetic Solutions for the efficient and effective way in which we use the software, facilities and data to continually improve and develop the service we provide to customers.

To find out what winning the award meant we caught up with the Head of Conference and Events Operations at Venue Reading, Fi Donovan who said:

“The team has worked with Kinetic Solutions since 2004 and since then have continually developed the way in which we use the systems, data and information we have to improve the service and products we offer our customers. We are therefore very proud to be recognised for all of the work that goes into making our business work well for our customers.”
