Updated Brexit FAQs and EU Settlement Scheme drop-in sessions

The Brexit advice on the University website has been updated to reflect the latest guidance from UK government. This update makes it easier for our students, colleagues and suppliers to get through to relevant information:

EU Settlement Scheme drop-ins
Our International Student Advisory Team is running a number of drop-ins this month where EU colleagues can apply for the EU Settlement Scheme.
You will be able to access a device to verify your identity before completing the rest of the application online. An adviser will be available to assist you and answer any questions you may have in relation to the scheme.
Where:
Carrington Building, Room G13 (drop-in, no appointment required)
When:
- Monday 21st October: 2:30pm-4:30pm
- Tuesday 22nd October: 2:30pm-4:30pm
- Wednesday 23rd October: 9:30am-11:30am & 2:30pm-4:30pm
- Monday 28th October: 2:30pm-4:30pm
- Tuesday 29th October: 2:30pm-4:30pm
- Wednesday 30th October: 9:30am-11:30am & 2:30pm-4:30pm
What do you need:
- Your passport (which contains a chip). If your passport contains a chip it will have a symbol on the cover
- Your National Insurance (NI) number (if you have one).
- A mobile phone. You will be sent a confirmation code during the process.
- Access to your emails. You will need to verify your email address.
- Confirmation of enrolment letter. You can print one from the RISIS portal or you can obtain one from the Student Services reception desk.
