Thursday, 10 December 2020

The providers of our Employee Assistance Programme, CIC, will be holding a free webinar on winter wellbeing for all University colleagues on Friday 11 December, 15:30-16:30.

About the Winter Wellbeing Webinar

Winter brings grey skies, colder days and longer nights which can make staying positive more difficult. We have been spending less time outside, missing out on the social aspects that usually come with this time of year. The things that got us through the pandemic in spring and summer may not be or feel possible now.

Please join us in discussing how to keep our minds positive and our bodies healthy as we share our experiences and look closely at the mental health effects of our world. You can find more details in the attached PDF, and to make it easier to save the date, you can also download the attached calendar invite.

If you have any queries, please contact enquiries@cicwellbeing.com.
