New Change Team appointed
Tuesday, 07 January 2020
A Change and Continuous Improvement Team has been formed with Robyn Cook (Change and Continuous Improvement Manager) and Sian Minns (Change and Continuous Improvement Officer) starting in late November 2019. The team, working with colleagues, will develop a series of initiatives and activities to improve and increase change capability across the university during 2020.
In 2019 we introduced of a range of initiatives to improve the management of change across the University. One of the initiatives was the establishment of new governance under the Planning and Change Board, along with new processes and templates to provide a more consistent approach to change management. An important theme identified was to provide support to colleagues whether they are initiating, leading or experiencing change, which was why the team has been created.
Chair of the Change Sub-Group Richard Messer said:
“The change and continuous improvement team is here to assist people to embrace and adapt to change and ensure a strategic, co-ordinated and prioritised approach across the university. Robyn and Sian are here to assist you, so please contact them for assistance.”
