- Help build confidence in approaching conversations with people who may be suffering from a mental illness.
- Highlight key sources of information and support.
Places can be booked through UoRLean via this link. Registration for the course will close on 22 June 2020.
The Imposter Syndrome
Booking is now open for an interactive webinar exploring Imposter Syndrome, a condition that affects many at various stages of their career.
The course will take place on 1 July 2020, 14:30-16:00. Attendees will have pre-course work to complete before the session.
The Impostor Syndrome is surprisingly common and affects people at various points of their careers.. It makes people feel they will be ‘found out' for not being as capable as they are, and can be amplified by working alone - something many of us may be noticing as we continue to work during these strange times.
This session will give you the opportunity to consider the factors that fuel the Imposter Syndrome, think about unhelpful patterns of behaviour and make inroads into overcoming the effects. You may find it useful for yourself, colleagues or friends.
Places can be booked through UoRLean via this link. Registration will close on 25 June 2020.
The session will be held on Zoom, so please make sure you download it and set it up before beginning your training.
