Annual leave: reminder of revised arrangements

As we approach the end of the annual leave year, please be reminded of the revised arrangements for carrying forward leave into the next annual leave year, which commences on 1 October 2020.
You will be able to carry over a maximum of 10 days annual leave, or the equivalent of 2 working weeks if working part time, with the flexibility to use these days over the course of the 2020/21 annual leave year. These arrangements apply to all colleagues.
Please note that holiday allowances displayed in Employee Self Service will be automatically updated; this work takes time to action and cannot be commenced until the start of October so please allow HR colleagues time to complete this work.
If you currently have in excess of 10 days leave remaining, please speak to your line manager about using the remainder of your annual leave during September.
