Register for VC briefing session

Tuesday, 01 September 2020

Vice-Chancellor Robert van der Noort

PLEASE NOTE: we are aware that some colleagues are having trouble registering for the session. We are investigating the cause of this and will provide an update as soon as we can. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Vice-Chancellor Professor Robert Van de Noort will hold a briefing session for all colleagues on Wednesday 9 September, 13:00-14:00.

In this briefing, the Vice-Chancellor will be joined by chairs of the Major Recovery Team, Professors Parveen Yaqoob and Julian Park. With the start of the new academic year fast approaching, colleagues will no doubt have questions about how campus will look and feel after so many months away. Parveen and Julian will provide an update on our phased return, including the huge amount of work being done to ensure we can provide a vibrant campus environment for colleagues and students, while protecting the health and wellbeing of our whole University community.

Our newly appointed Pro-Vice-Chancellor for International, Paul Inman, will also take the opportunity to introduce himself to colleagues and share his early thoughts on global engagement priorities.

The session will be conducted over Microsoft Teams. Please use this form to register your interest.

A video and summary of the briefing session will be shared on the staff portal in the days following the briefing.
