Children reading together

We are finally able to bring you the results of the Annual Raymond Wilson Competition.

The competition, to write a poem for children was won by Nicole Willis, a second year student in the Institute of Education. Her winning poem:

 Kit Miaowler

Midnight prowler

Slit-eyed scowler

Dog house yowler:

Kit Miaowler.

Standing prouder

Hissing louder

Sharp claws outer:

Kit Miaowler.

Padded pawwer

Moon light trawler

Scratch the doorer

Night time crawler.

Secret fighter

Vocals tighter

Getting lighter

Just by nighter.
