Security and Safety Awareness Week

Free bike marking, free UV pens, personal alarms only £1 and reflective vests £2 - all available from the security team this week.

Members of staff from Security Services, Thames Valley Police, Royal Berkshire Fire & Rescue Service and Reading Borough Council will be available to provide

specialist to staff and students advice on:

  • Travelling safely in Reading
  • Cycling/driving safely
  • Personal safety
  • Fire safety
  • Home security
  • Vehicle crime

They will be based in Palmer Building (Reception) from today until Friday.  In addition, they are based at Bulmershe (next to Dol.Che Vita) today and Earley Gate (Agriculture) on Friday, between 10:00 - 16:00.

Go along and take your bike to be marked, grab a pen to mark your own belongings or to find out how the experts can help you.
