University Christmas card - image by Dr Chris Stain from CfAM

The Design & Print Studio are ready to receive orders of this year's University Christmas card. It features an image by Dr Chris Stain at the Centre for Advanced Microscopy (CfAM) using a cryo-scanning electron microscope. It shows ice crystals formed from water vapour coming into contact with a surface cooled to approximately -210°C using liquid nitrogen.
