The University Security team need your help

Tuesday, 16 November 2010

security office

Security Controller, Dominic Facherty in the Security Office

The University Security team work very hard to ensure that all our staff and students can work, study and live in a safe and secure environment. They are aiming to achieve police accreditation for their efforts but they need the help of every member of staff to do this.

‘Secured Environments' is the police accreditation scheme they are aiming to achieve. It recognises organisations that take security seriously by following six principles that they set out.

The University is required to ask you about your experience of and awareness of security within the University in order to test whether these principles are being met.

Please could you take a few minutes to answer the questions in the following survey? All of your answers will be in confidence.

Many thanks indeed, The Security Team
