Reshaping Restructuring Committee update

Whiteknights

An update on the work of the standing Restructuring Committee has been published on the Reshaping website (16 December).

From the outset the standing Restructuring Committee has sought to reduce the number of staff "at risk" of redundancy, and to take all reasonable steps to avoid the need for compulsory redundancy - this has included making a generous offer of Voluntary Severance to the staff in the affected areas.

This approach has seen the numbers reduce significantly with the maximum number of potential redundancies now standing at 2 Full Time Equivalent posts. Read more:
