Vice-Chancellor, Professor Gordon Marshall

A reminder to all staff that the Vice-Chancellor's talks to staff are taking place this week.

The talks will focus on the future look of the University in the context of:

  • changes in funding
  • increases in tuition fees
  • expected research funding concentration
  • the University's plans for internationalization.

Following the presentations, there will be an opportunity to ask questions on these and any other areas that staff would like to raise. The sessions will last an hour.

The talks will take place on the following dates:

  • Tuesday 8 February, 12pm, Madejski Theatre, Whiteknights campus
  • Wednesday 9 February,1pm, Myra McCulloch Lecture Theatre, Bulmershe Court
  • Thursday 10 February, 1pm, Palmer Building main lecture theatre, G10, Whiteknights campus
  • Thursday 10 February, 3pm, National Grid Lecture Theatre, Greenlands campus
