'The brochure allows us all to have a collective view of what the University has achieved.'
The new University brochure is now available. This is a very useful snapshot of the University in words and images and can serve many purposes, showing at a glance what the University has achieved so far and what it aspires to in the future.
The brochure is for all members of the University. Not only is it an interesting read, it provides the key facts about us that might be useful in presentations, talks or other publications, for both internal and external audiences.
There are sections that outline key facts about us, our core values and more sections on our students, research, enterprise, our international agenda and what we contribute to the region. In case you ever wondered what the University's mission statement is - it's on the front cover!
Vice-Chancellor, Professor Gordon Marshall, said; ‘This brochure is just what was required. It allows us all to have a collective view of ‘what the University has achieved to date and what we continue to strive for'. I will find it very useful to give to guests so that they can also see immediately that the University of Reading is a world-class institution.'
There are 10 different sections that can be downloaded individually or you can choose to download the complete brochure including introductions from the Vice-Chancellor and the President of Council.
For any one that would like copies of the brochure to give to important guests or stakeholders, please contact Carol Derham in the Communications Office on 0118 378 8004 c.a.derham@reading.ac.uk
