HR launch electronic P60s

New for the tax year 2010/11, Human Resources are now providing an online electronic version of your P60, available from May 2011.

In addition to receiving the printed P60, employees are now able to access an electronic version of their P60 from Employee Self Service (ESS). You may choose to print this version or, upon provision of an email address and password in ESS, to forward a copy to yourself via email. Please note that all employees will still be provided with a printed P60 during 2010/11 and that there is currently no facility to ‘opt out' of receiving the printed version.

Electronic P60s and e-slips (electronic payslips) offer a number of benefits, allowing flexible access to pay information from your campus PC. E-slips will also appear in Employee Self Service up to two working days earlier than you would normally receive your printed payslip through the internal mail.

In order to view your P60 online, please log into Employee Self Service using your network username and password then navigate to the ‘Payroll' area.
