Thanks to your involvement, the 2011 Staff Survey had an excellent return rate which means that it has produced some very valuable and interesting results.
The University's Staffing Committee have had a full discussion about the results and how the findings can influence the Human Resources Strategy that will be launched later this year.
The Senior Management Board will also be discussing the results in February so that they can understand both the positive and less positive responses and take appropriate action.
In addition, the University's HR Partner team are working closely with Deans, Heads of Schools and Directorates to discuss the results for each area and how they can be shared with you.
It is really important that there is lots of discussion to really understand the implications of the results so that the right actions can be taken as a consequence.
