Please save the following dates in your diary for this year's ‘Take a break' day.

Once again support services available to help all members of staff carry out their jobs effectively and to promote a stress-free, work/life balance will be on display and freely available.

There will be a number of different stands to visit and lots of activities and workshops and seminars taking place throughout the day.
