Henley Business School named Business Superbrand
Tuesday, 22 May 2012
Henley Business School has again been named one of the top business-to-business (b2b) brands in the UK for quality, reliability, and distinction.
Over 1,600 business professionals across the UK are asked to rate major UK b2b brands in the annual Business Superbrands survey, which is independently administered by The Centre for Brand Analysis (TCBA).
From the thousands of brands initially considered a final shortlist of just under 1,500 brands is created. This shortlist is then reviewed by an independent and voluntary expert council of around 30 senior directors to produce a list of the top 500 Business Superbrands in the UK.
When voting, both the expert council and the business professionals must consider that a Business Superbrand has established the finest reputation in its field. It offers customers significant emotional and/or tangible advantages over its competitors, which customers want and recognise. In addition, brands are judged for quality, reliability, and distinction.
The 2012 Business Superbrands list is topped by Rolls Royce and the likes of Google, Apple, British Airways, Microsoft and Shell feature among the top 20 brands.
Henley Business School is ranked at 246 in the list, ahead of other leading UK institutions such as Said Business School, University of Oxford; Cambridge Judge Business School and Ashridge Business School. A total of 13 UK business schools are featured. See the 2012 Business Superbrands Survey.
