Have you switched to an e-slip yet?

For September's payroll the University will be turning on e-payslips for all staff. This will begin the transition to December's payroll when all staff will be issued with e-slips only, with the exception of those who do not have easy access to IT.

Your e-slips will be sent to the email address you have entered in the employee self-service system. It will be sent as a password protected pdf, meaning that confidentiality is maintained. 

e-slips have the advantage of being cost efficient and environmentally friendly. In addition, there is flexibility for you to change the e-mail address to which your payslip is sent, allowing you to still receive a payslip while away from the University.

To turn your e-slip on yourself before December or check your details are correct in time for the switch-over, all you need to do is log into employee self service (instructions can be found in the "things to do now" box).
