Vacancy for Head of School in Law

As part of the University's Promoting Excellence Project the way in which Heads of School are appointed has been changed. It is now possible for any member of staff across the University to express an interest in applying for the role of Head of School.

The first available role under this new procedure is the Head of School in Law for a fixed four year period.

The Vice-Chancellor and Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Science are seeking expressions of interest from staff within the School and across the University who are keen to develop their careers further by taking on an important managerial position at an exciting time for the School of Law.

Expressions of interest should be made by submitting a statement of your interest and your suitability for this role directly to the Vice-Chancellor by 30 November 2012. Please email vc@reading.ac.uk.
