Supporting You: Take a Break! 2013 - save the date

Following the success of the Supporting You: take a break days held for the last 2 years as part of the University's commitment to health and well-being, we are happy to announce that this year's Take a Break day will be on Friday 28 June 2013.

There will be a number of different activities/workshops/seminars taking place and a marketplace to visit that will highlight the support services that are freely accessible to all staff and could make a positive difference to our working lives.
Final details are still being arranged, but below are some of the many and varied activities and sessions that have been planned so far. Keep your eye on the Staff Portal for more information and how to book closer to the date:

All sessions last less than an hour so please put some time aside to take a break from your normal work to join in. Academic staff that will be embroiled in marking exam papers will be especially welcome!
