RFT volunteers helping move the new equipment into Palmer G10

You can now enjoy the latest cinema releases and independent films in digital quality with Reading Film Theatre (RFT).

RFT have been busy over the summer securing funding and installing the latest digital projection and surround sound equipment in Palmer G10, to give film-goers the best cinematic experience.

Juliet Hanfling, RFT Chair said: "We are very grateful to the Biffa Award and the Earley Charity who gave us grants, and to Field Seymour Parkes Solicitors who gave us legal assistance, but we are also indebted to all our members and supporters who generously donated money and time to our project and without whom it would not have been possible to achieve this goal."

The new season begins on Thursday 3 October with The World's End, starring Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Martin Freeman.
