Staff and student travel survey 2014 - win an iPad

Monday, 03 February 2014

Cycling

Please fill in the 2014 Travel Survey to help the University improve cycle parking provision, bus ticket discounts and sustainable travel promotion.

This year the survey includes a section on business travel, or travel as part of your work and/or studies. The data collected will be used to form our plans for the next few years under the University Travel Plan, so please take the time to have your say. There are two iPads to be won - one for staff and one for students (winners will be drawn at random).

It is important that as many people as possible complete the survey to ensure that the results are truly representative of both staff and students - so please encourage your colleagues and students to take part.

As there are a number of other student surveys taking place at the moment (including the National Student Survey - the most important survey for final year undergraduates), to avoid bombarding students with multiple survey-related emails, Student Services have brought them all together in a blog post meaning that you only need to send one link in reminder emails: http://rdg.ac/1lwqlmF.

From 3-7 February the travel survey will also be available to complete in the NSS marquee in the quad outside Palmer.

It should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete and will be available online until 16 February 2014. The surveys are anonymous and any details will be stored according to the 1998 Data Protection Act.
