Cycle to Work Day is a national event, championed by multi gold medal winning Paralympic cyclist, Dame Sarah Storey, which aims to encourage everyone to cycle to work for just one day.
Last year's event saw tens of thousands of cyclists taking part nationally. Over a quarter of a million miles were pledged, nearly 7,000kg of CO2 were offset and over 12 million calories were burnt.
You can pledge to ride at www.cycletoworkday.org and not only will you be doing your bit for the cause, but you'll also be in with a chance to win some great prizes.
