Open house event at Whiteknights Library

On Wednesday 17 September between 2pm-4pm, University staff are invited to the University Library's ‘open house' event.

We are celebrating not only 50 years of our Library building at Whiteknights, but the coming together of yet another major refurbishment phase bringing us right up-to-date with a dynamic modern work space, vital to the student experience.

Come and see for yourself how the University is investing in our students' future. We hope that you will then have more information about the library to pass on to your students during Welcome Week (22-26 September), Open Days (Saturdays 27 September and 25 October) and beyond.

A small photographic display on the Ground Floor looks back at the Library's last 50 years. . Library senior managers will be greeting visitors and we'll be offering free light refreshments in Café Libro as an added incentive.
