Members of University Executive Board (UEB) meet colleagues at Ask the Board events

Friday, 14 November 2014

University Shield

The ‘Ask the Board' sessions are an opportunity for colleagues to meet members of University Executive Board and ask questions. Almost 300 colleagues attended this term's one-hour sessions at the Whiteknights, Greenlands and London Road campuses.

From the questions posed, it is clear that the Professional and Administrative Services Review and the University's 2026 strategy are at the forefront of colleagues' minds.  Administrative and professional colleagues in grades 1-5 can send their questions and concerns directly to their staff representatives in the Staff Forum at staff-forum-rep@reading.ac.uk.

Feedback captured at the event suggests that colleagues welcome the opportunity to hear what UEB members have to say. They suggested a number of ideas for improving the style and content of the sessions.

The dates have been set for the rest of the academic year and colleagues are encouraged to put them in their diary now.
