Launch of Teaching and Learning Development Fund (TLDF) Enhancement Projects Scheme
Wednesday, 04 February 2015
The Centre for Quality Support and Development (CQSD) is pleased to announce the launch of the TLDF University Teaching and Learning Enhancement Projects scheme for 2015-2016.
The Teaching and Learning Development Fund funds projects that enable the development of new initiatives and the enhancement of existing teaching and learning activities that are aligned to the University's Teaching and Learning Strategy and Enhancement Priorities.
The maxi projects scheme offers funding of £25,000 - £30,000, for large scale projects which will run for up to 2 years and produce outputs of tangible and wide benefit. The scheme has been established to enable significant development of teaching practice and to enable and facilitate the transfer and development of practice through collaboration.
The mini projects scheme offers 'start-up' funding between £500 and £2,500 to encourage and enable staff to experiment and/or develop practice, based on the belief that small projects can be significant catalysts for enhancement and improvement.
Staff involved in teaching and/or supporting teaching and learning are welcome to apply. Submissions will be accepted from Wednesday 4 February and must be received by noon on Wednesday 18 March. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Further details of the Mini and the Maxi schemes and the online application forms can be found on the CQSD website.
