At the four ‘Ask the Board' spring term sessions, Steve Mithen, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, and Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Research and Innovation spoke about research at Reading, including the recent REF (Research Excellence Framework) results and the draft 2020 research plan.

Approximately 280 staff attended the four events - 95% found them useful, 94% will come to future sessions and 91% felt informed about the strategy.
