With summer just around the corner, we’re pleased to present our new events diary, which contains event highlights at the University during the summer months.

Our summer events programme celebrates the University’s rich cultural heritage with a showcase of music, arts, films, exhibitions and student performances featuring our talented artistic community. Find out more >

We’re also delighted to be working with Reading Arts to present two very special events at the Town Hall this June: the Inaugural University of Reading Town Hall Lecture by Stephen Fry (4 June - sold out!) and the University of Reading Chorus and Chamber Choir debut at the Concert Hall (6 June).

Other event highlights include the Norma Wilkinson Lecture: Science and fieldwork in the polar regions, to be given by Dr Liz Morris OBE on Wednesday 29 April, theFascination of Plants Day event on Monday 18 May, and the Department of Meteorology’s 50th anniversary events
