In Brief is our monthly all-staff newsletter, introduced in December 2014. Sent to your in-box on the first Friday of the month, In Brief is designed to give you the essential information you need on a monthly basis and to reduce the number of all-staff emails people receive (by collecting information into one monthly email). 

Every article is short (110 words or fewer) and is categorised as either:

• for action
• for information
• 'nice to know'

For colleagues without regular access to a computer, copies are put up on staff noticeboards. Electronic copies of all editions are posted on the 'In Brief' staff portal page.
