Professional Administrative Services review update from John Brady HR Director

Friday, 24 July 2015

John Brady

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to be able to give you a more detailed update about the University's major review of professional and administrative support services (PAS).

The University Council and University Executive Board have now agreed the broad operational models for non-academic services to be in place by summer 2016 - covering Finance; Human Resources; Marketing, Communication and Engagement; Teaching Operations Support; Executive Support; and Technical Services.

Your first sight of the available service designs and preferred structures are included in a detailed paper now on the updated PAS webpages. The paper also sets out further detail regarding implementation, consultation and timelines, and highlights the support that will be available to colleagues.

To view the paper, please follow this link which is in a closed area of the staff portal web pages (username and password required).

The Frequently Asked Questions have also been updated for your further information; if you do have any additional questions please contact me or Claire Rolstone
