Blackboard improvements timetable

We are improving Blackboard, the University’s Virtual Learning Environment, by moving to a platform hosted by the Blackboard company.

The new platform will be faster and more resilient, maintenance and system updates will be easier to schedule and quicker to implement with less impact and downtime for Blackboard users.

In order to complete this migration, Blackboard will be unavailable or available as ‘read-only’ between Thursday 6 and Friday 14 August 2015.
